Group Classes
Join me for energising group Pilates classes. These dynamic sessions combine Reformer, Mat, and Barre exercises to provide a full-body workout. Each class is tailored to different fitness levels, incorporating simple movements with options for added challenge.
To ensure a personalised experience, classes are limited to four people. The session follows a structured format: warm-up, full-body workout, and a relaxing cool-down with stretching and meditation.

Cost
Private classes: $80 per hour
Try Pilates (Reformer, Barre and/or Mat) by yourself or with friends and family. I have space up to 4 people and you can all share the hourly cost. Contact me today for more information.
Group classes: $25 per class or $200 for 10 classes (60 min)
I offer group classes daily (Mon-Sat) with up to 4 people to build strength, balance and flexibility in a friendly and warm environment. These classes always begin with 15 min settling in to go through the class and discuss goals and challenges. Group classes utilise reformer, barre and mat for the ultimate Pilates experience and maximising your fitness outcomes.
